astral meanders June 2-8 2010

In General: Jupiter travels through Aries from June 6th, 2010 and this transit continues to September 7th, 2010. During this time we will all be processing new & different types of information and experience. The other interesting planetary cycle beginning this week is the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction. Jupiter joins Uranus in Aries on June 6th. We can expect some dangerous occurrences at this time, and a massive worldwide shift towards awareness and indignation regarding the abuse of government power. This transit will turn on a light in our minds making us better able to recognize injustice and subterfuge! Venus parallels the Sun on June 8. A sturdy desire for harmony is likely during this transit, which also highlights outward displays of affection, and the general nurturing of one another. Also a conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus on 8 June brings personal change and better communication. This is intensified with Mercury making five aspects to other planets, starting with Mercury trine Saturn. If you have a birthday this week then the year ahead will be full of adventure and challenge, the way you perceive the world may undergo some radical changes. This week on the world scene should offer some heated moments for governments and the flaring of angry tempers. Locally it’s time to enjoy the close nurturing warmth of those you love.

The Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) of 26 June 2010 is conjunct Pluto.
