There is a partial solar eclipse with this New moon. We may find ourselves feeling very energized and ready to initiate changes in our lives. Couple this with a very positively active Venus and we have a favourable period indeed! Venus trines Jupiter January 3-5. Accord and good will are the themes of this influence. We are more friendly, philanthropic, gregarious, and optimistic now. Venus trines Uranus January 3-4. This aspect helps us to let go of our uncertainties when it comes to taking risks and to happily embrace all that is new, atypical, and out-of-the-ordinary. Venus squares Neptune January 3-4. This transit can predispose us to see what we wish to see, rather than what really is. Despite all those great sales out there this is not a good time for making large purchases and commitments. It can be a time of increased sensitivity however and individuals may be inclined to withdraw from social activities and interactions.
