In General: This week the emphasis is on all things Libran, relationships, dialogue and keeping the balance! We are finding ways to think, and perceive with a non-judgmental approach and to communicate with keeping the peace in mind! If we don’t take the time to find the just and fair way to act and be then we will expose ourselves as childish and perhaps churlish and the lessons will just keep ticking on! Scorpio is in Venus mid week bringing powerful moments with friends and loved ones. There is no half way anything when Scorpio is in Venus!!Finances can also be served a nice boon now or if individuals are not approaching this area with fairness and appreciation then perhaps a problem or two. The first few days can be challenging in that we are asked to focus on the smaller details of life. It can make some of us way too serious and some of us wish we could just run away! If you have a birthday this week then the year ahead will be peppered with relationships, long meaningful talks and a strong desire to see the beautiful in everything and everyone! On the world scene it’s a time for negotiations and dialogue between folk and locally it’s in our best interests to keep the peace and appreciate what we have.

This week you might well be asked to put your money where your mouth is in some way! Give this your best effort as it will return to you later. It can be difficult to get enough time to really make the most of this lovely energy though so do try to put some space aside for this part of your life. Personal creativity is at a high now too, your ideas are inspired!

Cancer:
Love, good warm feelings and clear open communication make this a great week to reach out to others and especially loved ones! Creative and innovative ideas that you have been harboring should be expressed now! Follow your intuitive self as inspiration is all about you and will lead to your success.

Leo:
You have an abundance of energy this week and just as well as others want to be with you, entertain you and have adventures with you! Your social life is very busy! Inspiration and creativity are high and travel is very definitely around you! It is a good week generally so relax and enjoy!

Virgo:
Finances figure highly throughout October but this week is certainly the best and most productive energy regarding money and money making possibilities! Do be conservative in your approach though as pushing things too far will only backfire! Put some research and focus into your ideas and they will reap good rewards.

Libra:
You guys are coming into your strength now! Finances begin to take positive leaps and your ability to plan ahead and do all things with a sensible and practical approach is consolidated. Whatever energy you expend now and wherever you put your focus will be pleasantly rewarded a little way down the track!

Scorpio:
You should notice just how much easier life is now and just how comfortable you are with things in general. You are also able to be there when someone you hold dear needs your help and support! If you intend to be forgiving, criticize less and give support where it is warranted then others will reward you.

Sagittarius:
This is the start of a month long reconnection with old friends and pastimes that make you smile. Relationships are well and truly in focus and can bring some very sweet moments for you. Helping others out and listening to their problems can bring some very profound insights your way now.

Capricorn:
This is an ideas week, where insights will give you a burst of energy. Changes are in the air and you could lay some groundwork for future plans. It’s all about understanding your personal power base and how to deal with the people and things that have power over you! Be assertive with your needs and you will be fine.

Aquarius:
Trust your instincts now as they are apt to be correct! It’s an unpredictable time for you guys now but you can find the path you need to travel by going with your gut rather than rationalizing situations. Home based plans may be difficult and your patience is likely to be tested but just step back and try to go with the flow.

Pisces:
You feel more motivated and adventurous this week! The 7th and 8th are highlights! Finances are due for a boost this week too. In fact the general enjoyment of life is looking pretty good. This period in your life has the potential to bring some very positive changes your way, so do be opening the door to possibility!

Meditation Moments: Loving the self

One of the major lessons in life is learning to love unconditionally. However, what is often overlooked is the importance of loving yourself along with everything else. Self love is mainly a matter of unconditional self acceptance, with a bit of appreciation and compassion for oneself thrown in. A person rich in Self-love has many estimable qualities. Such a person is modest and unpretentious, unattached to those they love, seeking to liberate their loved ones rather than seeking to attach themselves to loved ones, possess them, or deplete them of energy. The person rich in Self-love seeks gratification through refinement, meditation and the quest of the light, not through consumption. The person rich in Self-love is not critical and judgmental, blames no one, but rather forgives. Forgives him or herself and forgives others. The person rich in Self-love enjoys sharing with others, rather than seeking to take from others to fill the emptiness within. The person rich in Self-love is tolerant with him or herself and with dear ones rather than being very concerned that they conform to his or her needs at each moment of time.
