Astral meanders 2-8 January 2013

 

In general: Early January should be brilliant for accomplishments and relationships with a Grand Trine in Air signs between Mars, Jupiter and the Moon. However it is wise to be aware that all of those accomplishments may turn into heavy chores if we do not get organised and pace ourselves. Be certain to set aside some time for respite and relaxation. If you have a birthday this week then you are sure to have a very positive year ahead but again do be sure to give yourself some down time. On the world scene it should be a better week for organisations and the setting of reasonable boundaries and propositions for better communication between world leaders. Locally it’s a great week for getting things done and bringing projects to conclusion.

Aries

It’s a good week for career advancement as indeed is the whole month of January. However a tendency to be a bit lazy and not put the effort it in can hamper you. Put your best foot forward and extend a little and you will see results! You’ll get along better with superiors, mentors and parents now.

Taurus

You may plan a trip during this time. Expanding your world on many levels is the theme right now. Higher education, new projects and better relationships are available on this journey to expansion! It is also a consolidation time for relationships. Things that have being holding you back can now be let go!

Gemini

This is a time to arrange and organise and sort out the wheat from the chaff of your life! It can be a very black and white week where you discover how you and others really feel about things. It’s also a week for getting on top of bad habits. Emotionally the 6^th is quite intense but in a lovely way!

Cancer

By opening yourself to others and to new experiences this week, you will be enriching your journey considerably. It can be an unpredictable week for many of you and it’s wise to be flexible in all your plans. Lots of technological interaction is likely too, with computers and communication devices.

Leo

A conscientious work ethic will reap some excellent rewards now so prepare to put in the hard work! The combination of work and focus in both the home and at work is most fruitful for you. Take care of your health and practice distressing techniques. It’s important to get things in order now.

Virgo

Try not to be too judgemental this week, or hasty in jumping to conclusions. Instead tell yourself to go with the flow and wait and see. You may be pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Any activities with children or those younger than you will be extremely enjoyable at this time.

Libra

Sagittarius

This is an excellent week for deep emotional relationships and strong interactions with others. Spending time with a partner can reap benefits and be very satisfying. Astral Peeks: January night sky

Jupiter is visible above the North Eastern horizon as a brilliant star as evening twilight ends. It is the brightest object in the night sky beside the Moon.

Mars is visible very low above the Western horizon in evening twilight. It is however too low and too far from Earth to be worth considering pointing a telescope at.

 Neptune and Uranus are also located low above the Western horizon as evening twilight ends (with Uranus being the higher of the two). A telescope is required to show their tiny discs.

Saturn continues to gain altitude in the morning sky and is located above the Eastern horizon.

 Venus remains visible low above the Eastern horizon in the morning twilight sky.
