In general: We begin on March 27th with a Full Moon in Libra. This
is a perplexing Full Moon that taps into the Pluto/Uranus free-for-all of
authority versus liberty. At the same time Mercury will be in nice aspect with
Saturn, boosting a sense of realism. The Easter weekend comes in with an edgy
tension. The Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter will all spin off of Pluto. Folk
will be jumping to conclusions and overreacting. Be aware of conflicts in
general throughout the weekend and try to play it as low key as possible. April
clears the air and the first couple of days are a welcome relief! Birthdays
this week bring a year of hasty reactions! These folk need to learn to step
back and consider before acting! On the world scene this is a time of confusion

The craziness is strong with the mad energy coming
to you guys this week. Don’t force any changes and don’t make hasty decisions.
You will do best to take it low and slow!! Try
not to overdo it! You can be stubborn and seeking freedom at all costs which

beginning a period best used for emotional regeneration, tying up loose ends,
and laying low. Rest and

Meditation moments: Meditation and Stress relief…
Stress is a natural part of everyday life. Simply defined, stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires the body to adjust or respond. Stress can manifest itself in physical forms such as headache, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, sleeping problems, nervous tension, and anxiety. Research has shown that stress can even worsen symptoms of some diseases. There is positive stress and negative stress, both of which have effects on the body. Positive stress helps to keep us alert and avoid any dangers. Negative stress happens when we are continuously challenged without any relief or way to relax. Meditation and stress relief exercises are a very effective and natural way to return the body to a homeostatic state.
