In General: The stars aren’t that easy during
July 2017. The Sun and Mars are in Cancer, from where they make a square with
Uranus and Jupiter and an opposition with Pluto. As a result there is a
cardinal cross that brings about anxiety and general discontent. July 2nd has a Mars in Cancer
Opposition to Pluto in Capricorn Home versus work or feelings versus logic are
likely to be clashes of great intensity. Stepping back, taking a breath and
giving yourself time out before decision making will help ease the potential
drama. The
July 9 full moon in Capricorn is only one degree away from
Pluto. This planet of power and intensity transforms through destruction and
renewal. This should be as strong a full moon as you can get.
Interactions with women will be particularly intense and revealing.
Take care not to over-react to your deep overpowering feelings. Rational
thought processes are still needed for a reasonable approach to situations.
Around this date its also wise to be extra cautious about possible theft or

meditations: Why I choose Mindfulness!
Everyday, often all day, we are constantly taking
information in through our physical senses. Technology and social media are
streaming noise, beliefs, news and all manner of chatter into our hearts and
minds. When we stop to meditate, to be mindful, all the noise
dissipates. In this moment, we take a deep breath and listen to the silence.
In the stillness, in the quiet, everything changes. We are
no longer dependent on information from our material world. When we stop,
listen to our breath, our inner world, and actually slow down and breathe, we
can begin to connect with ourselves on a much deeper level.
As we focus our attention inward, into imagination and
visualization, relaxation ensues. The heart and the mind are put at ease. As
breathing slows, as tension is released, blood pressure can normalize. In this
state, our greatest fears and anxieties can be addressed.
I meditate because it’s important to address ourselves from a
place of stillness, where we can respond to our thoughts and feelings in a
neutral and objective way. It stops over reactiveness in stress situations
because we have taken the time to really know ourselves and understand what we
really need and how we really feel. It changes the way we relate to others
because we are no longer consumed by irrational fears and can honestly communicate
from our deeper selves.
It improves our quality of life and allows us to move forward
and through difficult times with grace and generosity of spirit.
Meditation for me, is like a smile, it relaxes the muscles,
tones the heart and cannot fail to make you feel happier! If you are at peace
the world around you will find its peace too.
