In General: This is a big month, with a total Solar eclipse in Leo, Uranus turning retrograde and Saturn turning direct! These transits serve to facilitate change and new projects that allow us to make major life decisions and to set long-term goals. There is also Mercury retrograde in Virgo and Leo from the 12^th August to the 5^th September that makes organization and tidying up loose ends the most important goal. There is a full moon lunar eclipse on August 7^th in Aquarius. At the same time there is a Jupiter square Pluto transit and a moon trine Uranus, bringing about an abundance of radical and nonconformist energy as well as strong humanitarian goal setting. This will support those that think outside the box.

If you have a birthday this month you can expect a good deal of positive change in the year to come. Big decisions will need to be made but you are ready to make them! On the world scene this is a big month, global leaders will be the subject of much transformative energy and the unexpected will occur. Astral meanders: 21^st August 2017 Total Solar Eclipse.

On August 21st there is a total Solar eclipse. One way or another it will affect us all and harken back to issues first seeded in 1998-9. Eclipses repeat every 19 years and it’s always important to join the dots of our lives between one eclipse to the next.
 At 18.30 UT (Universal Time), this solar eclipse will move right across the US, from west to east. Eclipses generally upset the natural order. This August 21st eclipse occurs near the fixed star Regulus, suggesting that the fall of important leaders or statesmen must be factored in to the scenario. A solar eclipse with Regulus brings success, power and influence to the fore, highly favouring female as opposed to male energy. Envy and hatred from enemies can lead to trouble under this configuration. Both Britain and America are likely to have some big events at this time involving figures of power and influence and cover-ups will be exposed. Because the eclipse also occurs in Leo we would expect some involvement with royalty or those in power. A positive link to Uranus makes this an eclipse phase of anticipation, change and excitement.
On a personal level higher self-awareness, increased intuition and flashes of insight will lead to self-discovery and revelations. This eclipse will energize you to complete your goals and set ambitious new personal and professional goals.
This is an excellent time to change destructive or outmoded behaviours such as prejudices and addictions. A strong desire to succeed will help to break bad habits and provide unexpected new interests and hobbies to replace them.
