GROUP DISCUSSIONS

New exciting group discussions….. Fridays Maclean NSW

Metaphysical and Spiritual Musings… a group centered in meditation, self-discovery and exploration of our own intuitive natures. Meeting once a week we will discuss meditation, Astrology, philosophy and various psychic techniques; learn breathing techniques, how to tap into our intuitive natures, self-empowerment and positive visualization. We will also explore how to use Astrology, Tarot, Meditation and stress relief techniques such as EFT in order to enhance our daily lives.

This is all about sharing our experiences and stories as well as having a lot of fun tapping into our personal potential. Tea/coffee provided. Cost is by donation and all proceeds go to support a young Cambodian boy’s education and ongoing health care for his sister.

Deep meditation. I can think of nothing else that provides the same sense of peace, clarity and fulfillment than the experience of deep, relaxing meditation.

twinkle twinkle little star.....

The English lyrics were first published as a poem with the title "The Star" by sisters Ann and Jane Taylor (1783–1824) in Rhymes for the Nursery in London in 1806. The poem was written by Jane. There are five stanzas.

Twinkle, twinkle, little star,

How I wonder what you are!

Up above the world so high,

Like a diamond in the sky!

When the blazing sun is set,

And the grass with dew is wet,

Then you show your little light,

Twinkle, twinkle, all the night.
