Astral meanderings 27 August- 2nd September

In General: This week we could find ourselves feeling a little restless and out of sorts, due to Mercury and Venus squaring Pluto. This agitated energy can be due to an added insight which can help us to see the need for the change that is necessary in our lives and the world in general. This can manifest as a need to tell everyone what they ‘aught to do’ but in reality it is far better to do a little clearing, fixing and sorting of our own. When this is done we will find that we feel more our old-selves again! The New Moon on the 31st can be even more challenging; its best dealt with by keeping one’s own council, because others will be as critical as you! The month of September begins with Venus, Mars and Mercury all in Libra also challenging our sense of balance. Demands from the various compartments of our lives can seem impossible to deal with in an orderly way. Again, I suggest a little clearing in both the physical and the emotional parts of our lives. If your birthday falls this week then the year ahead will call for absolute honesty, especially on a personal level. On the world scene there will be some confusion and odd weather happenings. Locally the 1-2 September are the most challenging of days.

The blog will also assist the Observatory in building a reputation as an aggregator and filter of important astronomy related news for this part of the world. It also offers very low barriers to participation for Observatory staff and volunteers and greatly increases their ability to publish and comment on current astronomical and night sky happenings.

You feel a little snowed under by all the details of life right now. This can play havoc with your emotions and those you love may be feeling a little rejected as a result. Try to be aware of this or you could wind up with even more on your plate! Changing, fixing, sorting or just rearranging your routine is likely.

Finances are set to improve this week and it is also a good time to be putting out for what you really want. Get more vocal about it all and you will be pleasantly surprised at the result! Continuing to look after your health and do what you know is good for you is a must! Relax!

This week is the perfect time to let others know about your plans and secure a firm approach to your future. It’s time to stop worrying about what others think and make a commitment to yourself! There is some excellent energy out there for you guys at the moment so make the best of it!

The new moon in Virgo on the 31st suggest a time for negotiations and planning. It’s a time when you can get a glimpse of all the good stuff in store for you during September and into early October. For this reason keep your eyes and ears open and follow through with opportunities as they come up.

New friends, better relationships and increased social activity are all on the cards this week. Your priorities are changing too and many of you will actively seek out more creative and soul satisfying employment or ways to make the job you are presently doing more enjoyable.
