In General: Mercury
conjuncts the Sun on the 29th and then Pluto on the 30th. Great ideas flourish,
but be careful with purchases or rushing into commitment on a project. It’s an
intense week all round and this continues well into the New Year, with the
period between December 29th and January 3rd being the most intense as Mars, the
Sun and Mercury all align to face off against Uranus and Pluto. Although this
combination often leads to disagreements or tension, it can also carry more
depth to our thoughts and thus more clarity of focus. To avoid squabbles and
the like however, it will be important to release our energy constructively
through heightened activity and exercise. If you have a birthday this week then
it’s a full on year ahead for you! You will need to focus on long term goals
and try not to sweat the little stuff. On the world scene it’s a dynamic energy
that can lead to travel problems, increased fighting, accidents and natural
disasters. Locally remember to get out there and take some nice long walks!
Thought for the
week: “My idea of Christmas, whether
old-fashioned or modern, is very simple: loving others. Come to think of it,
why do we have to wait for Christmas to do that?” Bob Hope
Aries
Aries
It’s not a time when you recognize the need for
another person to complete you Aries, many of you may be questioning whether
they are with partners who actually fulfil them. This period is good for
re-evaluating your relationship needs at the very least; but, major love
decisions are best left to after this month.
Taurus
You are open to increasing
your knowledge in general, and communications from or with someone from far
away may be part of things now. Happiness and fulfillment now come from a
widening social circle, travel, or connections to people of a different
cultural circumstance.
Gemini
It's a time when it’s
easier for you to approach delicate, intimate, and personal matters with
rationality and reason. As such, this is also a good time to open up
conversations about subjects that generally might cause waves, such as those around
the sharing of power, and finances.
Cancer
There can be focus
on personal healing and new ways to improve your health this week. People however
can be a little standoffish in general now, and stepping back is better than
attempting to push or prod others to act or respond.
It's an excellent period for organizing the details of
your daily life.
Leo
You may be
considering long term strategies for all major areas of your life. You can accomplish
whatever you set your mind to now, Leo.
However, the more realistic you can be about what you need to learn or
do, the higher your chances of overall success in the long term future.
Virgo
Some of you may
feel you are on shaky ground in the love sector. Certainly you don't need to
share all your feelings with an intimate someone right now, and you shouldn't jump
to conclusions if your partner needs a little space either. It can be hard to
get satisfaction from creative activities for the time being too.
Libra
This week seems to
be an especially busy, and perhaps hectic, period on the domestic scene. Many of
you might be taking home work now or finding that people drop by your home
often and unexpectedly! In other ways you are winding down now and could even
feel a bit flat or tired.
Scorpio
Communication
across the board can be hard now and this may be more than usually problematic
as you negotiate the family and social occasions of Christmas and New Year! Be
aware that you can come across as stand offish and that you may also be reading
the body language of others wrongly now!
Sagittarius
Hold on to your
money now. Take the time to re-think
your sources of income and how you spend your cash during this time, and avoid
making any big purchases until at least February. Special consideration should
be given to intimate relationships and friendships in general now.
Capricorn
This is the time to
be direct and to communicate your needs and interests. You are more inclined to
talk about yourself and your personal past now.
Your demeanor is more youthful, perhaps playful, light-hearted,
and joyful this week. Relationships with siblings, classmates, and casual
friends may become more prominent now.
Aquarius
What you want and
desire are very vague and obscure this week. Deal with your past so that you
can put it behind you, but don't do it at the expense of your present. Watch
also for less than warm relations with family members, and avoid purchases of
new property or technology.
Pisces
You may feel a
little withdrawn when it comes to daily communications and light chit-chat thus
week. You are definitely not at your social best.
You are also likely to be doing some multi-tasking concerning
vocation and business matters. Try not to worry unnecessarily about your status
with others.
